I wish to thank the membership of the ADR Institute of Ontario for electing me to serve another term on the Board of Directors. I will continue to work hard in this role and welcome input from all members on how ADRIO can best support them.
Having established the Mediator Mastermind program, I will continue to facilitate mastermind sessions and recruit others to facilitate these sessions as well. I will also work to:
- Promote outreach efforts to the public, business, government, legal, and non-profits, to persuade them to utilize dispute resolution tools in their contracts and workplaces in order to resolve disputes.
- Ensure ADRIO offers thoughtful, focused, and beneficial educational and networking opportunities to all our members.
- Support ADRIO leadership in online dispute resolution innovation and adaptation by both ADR practitioners and clients.
