In an effort to increase security and enhance the user experience, the Canadian Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (CADN), providers of the booking calendar software for Marshall Schnapp, will be implementing an update to the function of their booking calendar program.
Effective July 13, 2024, when visiting Marshall Schnapp’s booking calendar, you will be prompted to enter your email address in order to fully view the calendar. You will then be prompted to confirm your email address when you select a date.
After selecting a date, you may see a notification that you are not yet registered to schedule online. If you see this notification, click on the “Not Yet Registered” link, and then follow the prompts and complete the registration form. Some information may pre-populate if your firm/organization is part of the CADN database, which was created by their staff using information available online. Once you click “Save Changes”, you should receive a message indicating that you are now registered to schedule using the online calendar.
You should only need to complete the registration process once following the July 13, 2024 update. On subsequent visits, you will still need to enter your email address to view the booking calendar, but after clicking “Submit”, the calendar should become immediately available to you.
Please note that you do not need to enter the information for every counsel you schedule for, as you can add more later on if needed. If any of the information that pre-populates is incorrect, please let our staff know, and we would be happy to assist with making those changes. In addition, if you experience any technical issues with this process, or have any questions, please let us know and we will assist you to the best of our abilities.
If you prefer not to register your email address, please email our Scheduling Coordinator, Lacey Day (lacey@schnappmediation.com) with the date you’d like to book, and she will gladly assist you with booking your mediation manually.
Note: this update only affects the booking calendar for Marshall Schnapp, as Arnold Recht’s calendar uses a different form of software that is not controlled or operated by CADN.
