Feedback on Marshall’s Training

Marshall provided conflict management and communication training to my PMO and Customer Support Managers and their teams.  

His strengths as a fluid communicator and his personalized approached delivered excellent results. Marshall Schnapp led a training workshop on Conflict Management for our PMO.

Marshall managed to involved everyone in the room, so each one of us could learn from the other. Using different techniques and ideas he helped us uncover issues we were facing and were unsure how to address.

I learned a lot of new things and made a list of takeaways for myself and started applying them right away and I definitely feel this makes a huge difference in my day to day work and relationships with colleagues and customers/partners.
